Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, or project management.
• 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, or related roles.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Problem-solving with a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track milestones to deliver client outcomes.
• Manage portfolio of digital programs and client projects with timely execution and quality experience.
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and support onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and analysis to drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and escalate for timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements in workflows, tools, and client experiences.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to improve team effectiveness.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and healthcare workflows to support customers.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
