Datavant is seeking a Digital Operations professional to help deliver value through successful implementation, execution, and support of our digital products. You will coordinate projects with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or client implementations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, monitor progress, and help ensure successful client outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects.
• Partner with clients to understand program requirements and support onboarding and implementation.
• Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities and elevate for timely resolution.
