Job summary

Datavant is seeking a driven Digital Operations professional in Austin to lead and coordinate client implementations of our digital products. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, tracking milestones, and delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in operations or project management, with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions and continual process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields.
• 3–6 years in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication to engage technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to quickly learn healthcare workflows and digital product capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities, milestones, and progress.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with clients to understand program requirements, gather information, and support onboarding.
• Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis to drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and opportunities within projects and drive timely resolutions.
• Contribute to process improvements in workflows, tools, and client experiences.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing to improve effectiveness.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and Datavant products for customer support.
• Participate in strategic initiatives that support growth of digital products.
