Job summary

Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Operations professional to coordinate implementations and ongoing client programs. You will work with clients and internal teams to align requirements, track milestones, and ensure successful onboarding and delivery of outcomes.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and analytic thinking to improve healthcare technology deployments and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, or related fields.
• 3-6 years in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing projects and cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and helping ensure successful delivery of client outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects, ensuring timely execution and a high-quality customer experience.
• Partner with clients to understand program requirements, gather information, and support successful onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis to help drive informed decision-making and program success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and improve client outcomes.
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities within assigned projects and escalat e appropriately to drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to workflows, tools, and client experiences.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing efforts to improve team effectiveness and operational consistency.
• Build expertise in digital program operations, healthcare workflows, and Datavant products to effectively support customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that support the growth and success of our digital products and programs.
