This role reports to the Senior Digital Content Manager and supports content strategy, editorial processes, and updates to internal style guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in English, Journalism or related field.
• 1–2 years digital content writing with portfolio.
• Experience with web accessibility and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, accurate, and engaging content for NYULH public-facing websites.
• Collaborate with Photo, Video, and Production teams to develop web experiences.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders for fast, accurate updates on the website.
• Optimize content for SEO, GEO, and site performance goals.
• Develop content for AI Assistant and other public website features.
