Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years with a digital product team.
• Experience working in an agile product development environment.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience writing requirements for custom software (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience incorporating user and stakeholder feedback.
• Understanding end-user goals and pain points.

• Execute parts of NYU Langone's digital strategy as an individual contributor.
• Contribute to development and implementation of software to improve patient experience.
• Maintain and communicate the product roadmap with the Product Manager.
• Analyze stakeholder needs to inform roadmap and feature development.
• Document requirements and acceptance criteria using product management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across IT and the organization.
• Help manage roadblocks and timelines with product leadership and tech teams.
• Provide operational support for digital products.
