Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking an Associate Director, Relationship Manager to support multiple service lines within Brand Experience COE. You will translate business priorities into communications plans and drive growth with physicians, researchers, and marketing experts.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Relationship Lead and anchors cross-functional collaboration across Content Studio, Brand, Creative & Design, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in communications, marketing planning, or program management in a large, complex, or regulated environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project management and execution of tactical deliverables.
• Experience partnering with physicians and leaders in academic medicine to define communications and marketing strategy.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships; proficient in project management tools and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of marketing and communications strategies aligned with service line priorities and growth targets.
• Partner with the Senior Director to manage COP planning, intake, prioritization, development, review, launch, and post-launch debrief.
• Manage a high volume of COP requests and coordinate with content teams for timely activation.
• Drive milestones across marketing plans with accountability and timely decision-making.
• Lead integrated campaigns across service lines with channel content teams for alignment and timelines.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities to strengthen service line performance and growth.
