Job summary

Oracle is hiring an Integrated Technologies Consultant II to lead the deployment of CareAware Device Integration products across North America. You will guide clinical and IT teams through hardware, software, and workflow integrations in hospital environments, with frequent collaboration and risk mitigation throughout engagements.

Expect extensive travel and cross-product deployments, with opportunities to influence best practices and customer satisfaction while working with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education and experience implementing software in healthcare/technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/Healthcare/Science.
• Experience with medical devices such as anesthesia carts, monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps or analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote implementation of CareAware Device Integration products.
• Facilitate technical discovery and provide technical expertise based on client environment.
• Conduct technical training for client resources onsite or remotely.
• Adhere to established processes, methodologies, and documentation.
• Advise on Device Integration deployment strategies and design impacts.
• Escalate issues to engineering and provide guidance to stakeholders.
