Qualifications

• At least 6 total years of combined education and work experience implementing software in healthcare/tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with medical devices and clinical workflows in healthcare settings.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work irregular hours as needed.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote implementation of CareAware Device Integration products.
• Facilitate technical discovery and provide product environment-specific expertise.
• Conduct technical training with client resources onsite or remotely.
• Adhere to established processes, methodologies, and documentation.
• Advise on deployment strategies, interdependencies, and design impacts.
• Engage in client support outside of standard business hours as needed.
• Establish client relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage communication and planning across multi-product deployments.
• Escalate issues to engineering and support management as appropriate.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on product experience.
