Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an Integrated Technologies Consultant II on the CareAware Capacity Management team to partner with healthcare organizations across North America, implementing solutions that help clinicians, operational leaders, and care teams make better decisions in real time.

This role involves leading implementations, designing workflows, and driving adoption strategies to improve patient throughput, bed utilization, and hospital performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HCIT consulting or related healthcare technology experience.
• At least 5 years of higher education and/or related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through implementation, workflow design, and adoption across clinical settings.
• Partner with healthcare leaders to identify operational challenges and design solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workflow discussions, and design workshops.
• Provide integrated technology consulting across software, hardware, workflows, and adoption.
• Guide clients through change management and operational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle Health teams for successful deployment and long-term client success.
• Consult on best practices, workflow optimization, and performance improvement.
• Help clients achieve key operational goals and measurable outcomes.
