Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HCIT consulting or related healthcare tech experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through implementation, workflow design, and adoption activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare leaders to identify operational challenges and design solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and design discussions.
• Provide integrated technology consulting across software, hardware, and adoption strategies.
• Navigate change management and operational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle Health teams for successful deployments.
• Advise on best practices, workflow optimization, and performance improvements.
• Help clients achieve measurable outcomes in hospital operations.
