Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Integrated Technologies Consultant II to implement CareAware Device Integration products across North America. You will conduct onsite and remote deployments of hardware, software, and workflows, train client resources, and guide multi-product integrations in fast-paced clinical environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, SQL and networking knowledge, and excellent communication with stakeholders up to mid-level management. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 6 total years of combined education and related work experience in healthcare/technology software deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with medical devices and understanding clinical workflows in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote implementation of CareAware Device Integration products.
• Lead technical discovery and provide client-specific expertise.
• Conduct technical training for Clinica Informatics, IT, Lab Analysts, and Biomed.
• Advise on deployment strategies and escalate issues to engineering as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and manage multi-product deployments.
