Qualifications

• Proven experience with PC hardware and desktop setup.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.
• Experience supporting EMR systems preferred.
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document work accurately and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain desktop computers, laptops, software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
• Provide end-user assistance in person, by phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Support Windows, Office 365, and EMR systems.
• Assist with Cisco VOIP phone system support.
• Maintain inventory records for break/fix activity.
• Assist with training materials and user guides.
