Responsibilities include preparing plans, renderings, and coordinating with engineers and clients, with emphasis on maintaining architectural integrity through construction administration. Strong design and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor of Architecture or BA/BS in Architecture.
• 4–6 years' experience as a design professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Firm grasp of building technology fundamentals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Research or receive guidance on complex project issues.
• Lead design aspects and prepare presentation/schematic design drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
• Ensure architectural integrity through construction administration.
