Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team seeks an Architect with 3+ years of healthcare project experience to support design and construction documentation. You will contribute to concept design, develop models using BIM, and collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure design intent meets budget and program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; working toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of medium complexity/size.
• Lead one or more teams on medium size projects.
• Coordinate with project team, consultants, contractors, and owners.
• Develop building design and critique concepts with client requirements, budget, and program.
• Utilize BIM technologies to develop 3D models of buildings and components.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support contract administration tasks.
