Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead design development and coordination on healthcare projects.

You will collaborate with Project Manager or Project Architect, manage design concepts, and guide teams through BIM-based documentation and construction administration. The role requires hands-on design leadership, fluency with Revit/AutoCAD, and a track record on complex healthcare or institutional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience, preferably on large teams with healthcare or institutional clients.
• Healthcare (OSHPD/HCAI) experience is desired.
• LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of medium complexity/size.
• Lead one or more teams on medium size projects through design concept development.
• Coordinate design intents with project team, consultants, and Owners.
• Utilize BIM technologies to develop 3D building models.
• Review shop drawings and submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration.
