Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Delegated Vendor Program Manager to lead and govern the HHAeXchange platform for Jefferson Health Plans. This role ensures authorized distributions and data collection across the provider network while monitoring contract terms, SLAs, and regulatory compliance in PA DHS/OLTL frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, healthcare admin, or public health.
• 3 years in vendor management and procurement is required.
• Strong contract management and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of delegated vendor partnerships from onboarding through.
• Serve as the primary contact for delegated vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Define, track and report on KPIs and SLAs for vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance data and implement improvements.
• Escalate and resolve vendor-related performance issues.
• Maintain documentation for all delegated vendor activities and decisions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and IT to align priorities.
• Participate in audits and review vendor invoices per contract terms.
