Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Telehealth Care Analyst to serve as the enterprise technical and operational expert for Telehealth platforms. You will lead configuration, testing, implementation support, and incident management across inpatient, ambulatory, emergency, and home-based care programs.

Collaborating with IS&T, Digital Experience, clinical operations, and vendors, you will design solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, maintain standards, and support on-call rotations evenings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of application, implementation and support experience.
• 5 years progressive experience in Information Services or a healthcare setting.
• Experience with large-scale implementations or upgrades.
• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans.
• Willingness to participate in rotating enterprise on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis, configuration, implementation, optimization and maintenance of Telehealth technologies.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, vendor and technical stakeholders on projects.
• Assist leadership with project planning, resource estimates and schedules.
• Configure and maintain enterprise Telehealth applications and related technologies.
• Design and execute testing strategies: workflow, acceptance, integration and performance.
• Provide remote and onsite support; respond to incidents and escalations.
