Job summary

NDC HOMECARE LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Manager for the Conway, AR facility. You will lead a team, manage customer relationships, and drive operational excellence to deliver a safe, compliant, and profitable distribution operation.

Responsibilities include workforce development, collaboration with stakeholders across the company, and implementing improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a distribution center with progressive responsibilities including leading people.
• 2+ years in a healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical distribution center is strongly preferred.
• Licensed Florida Designated Representative is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving customer service objectives, productivity, and safety.
• Experience creating, implementing, and sustaining SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution center associates and partner with stakeholders across the company.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive, professional experience.
• Invest in recruitment, training, coaching and development of staff.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve customer experience, cost, quality and safety.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant and safe workplace through training and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality management system standards.
