Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a motivated Business Analyst (Data Analytics) to support member experience initiatives in a fast-growing healthcare environment. The role focuses on data capture, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to improve member satisfaction and retention.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, develop actionable insights, and help drive CAHPS improvements while maintaining data confidentiality and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management or IT system implementations.
• Proficiency with MS Office products incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and strong data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting highlighting business trends.
• Develop systems to improve data capture and reporting processes.
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate system specs.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and support implementation.
