Job summary

You will design automated data tables, visualizations, and PowerPoint deliverables using Python and collaborate with business partners to improve client outputs. The role emphasizes building robust code, refining analytics, and communicating complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5–7+ years in data science or healthcare analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data tools (e.g., Snowflake, S3).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build automated reporting pipelines to generate data tables and graphs.
• Create and deliver dashboards and PowerPoint visuals for client presentations.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Health and Medical Management, Sales, and Finance.
• Proactively identify key drivers from account feedback and explain insights.
• Clean raw data and ensure accuracy and integrity of analytics outputs.
