Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, and turning complex information into clear, useful insights. In this role, you’ll gather and analyze data from multiple sources, create reports and dashboards, and help ensure our regulatory reporting is accurate and complete.

You’ll work with teams across the company to answer business questions, investigate data quality issues, and make information easier to understand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, reporting analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, economics, information systems or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable using SQL to query, join and analyze data.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or a similar tool.
• Ability to create calculated fields and measures to turn data into meaningful metrics.
• Comfort with Excel and AI tools to support day-to-day work.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Bonus points if you have insurance or medical claims data experience.

Responsabilités

• Gather, clean and validate data from SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel and other sources.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Write SQL queries to support ad hoc and recurring analysis.
• Analyze claims and business data to identify trends, issues and insights.
• Use AI tools to support query drafting, data exploration, and summarization, with validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop business requirements and support projects.
