Interns will assist with master data management, reporting, and process improvements while collaborating with mentors and cross-functional teams to develop analytical and technical skills for healthcare operations careers.

Qualifikationen

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Healthcare Administration, Computer Information Technology, or a related business or technical discipline.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services to support day-to-day objectives with guidance from senior staff.
• Participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise in the organization.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative action proposals as requested by management.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs aligned with operating unit objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
