You will lead data-testing strategy, validation across data flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects, timelines, and resources.
• 3+ years of proven customer service excellence and client expectation management.
• 3+ years of leading and mentoring QA testers and Associate Quality Leads through the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and oversight: Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Data validation: Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Test data and tools: Guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools.
• Healthcare expertise: Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Risk and bug: Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Delivery leadership: Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Stakeholder leadership: Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
