Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise. You will define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will drive data testing across complex data flows, validate SQL/data, and lead risk mitigation and release readiness in a remote, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years managing projects, timelines, and resources
• 3 years leading QA teams through SDLC and mentoring testers

• Define data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution, metrics and reporting
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration and end-to-end data-flow testing
• Guide test data management and data-validation tools
• Lead healthcare data-domain understanding across claims, membership, provider and care management
