Job summary

Baptist Health System in San Antonio seeks a Quality Data Analyst to support the Quality department with data compilation, analysis of clinical outcomes, patient safety, risk, and accreditation metrics. Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Associate's degree from an accredited college or 4 years' experience in lieu of education
• PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in statistics, management analysis, or similar related curriculum.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year of experience in healthcare field. Experience with data analysis utilizing statistical methods. Technical competency in computer applications for data management systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, statistical principles, and database query.
