Job summary

Icon Health is seeking a Product Manager to drive roadmaps for data and platform/engineering teams. You will turn clinical, operational, and business priorities into sequenced plans and build-ready requirements, partnering with an executive team to shape strategy for new product areas.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product management, experience shipping with engineers and data teams, and strong skills in writing detailed specs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on data-heavy or platform products.
• Track record of owning roadmaps and shipping with engineering and data teams.
• Strong requirements-writing skills, from high-level strategy down to detailed specs.
• Comfort with data (SQL or BI tools a plus) and with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain roadmaps for data and platform/engineering teams, aligned with company priorities and partner commitments.
• Gather and prioritize requests from clinical, operations, partnerships, and leadership; identify dependencies and prioritization factors.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers and analysts.
• Manage backlog and run sprint planning with engineering and data leads; track delivery and adjust priorities.
• Define metrics for new features and measure impact after launch; collaborate with the data team.
