Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead a high-volume health information team in Maitland, FL. The role combines on-site leadership with cross-location collaboration, focusing on medical records requests, data accuracy, and client solutions.

You will guide the audit team, manage risk-related requests, and drive process improvements while ensuring HIPAA compliance and excellent client service. This role requires strong leadership and BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a data/health information environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and health information management.
• Strong communication with leadership and clients.

• Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office.
