Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Team Lead to manage a client-facing Operations group within a defined California territory. You will lead a team, ensure quality, and coordinate with Service Delivery and Risk Management to meet client needs.

The role requires 2+ years leadership, health information experience, HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency with Power BI and MS Office. You may work on-site or remotely within the territory, and the position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership, customer service and data entry in release of information/HIM.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA standards.
• Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and service delivery teams to manage client requests.
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions.
• Coordinate with Risk Management and client locations to handle escalating issues.
• Document information on multiple platforms and ensure QA.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements.
