Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to identify discrepancy patterns and prioritize resolution.
• Experience reading and interpreting file format specifications.
• Experience performing data-quality checks and validations.
• Experience loading data via ETL processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data extraction from databases.
• Strong research, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, organization and prioritization.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Data Operations and Workflow Monitoring: Monitor data movement, schedules, and metrics across R1 workflow systems; handle daily file and account maintenance and backup coordination; assist with month-end closing.
• Data Quality, Audit, and Issue Resolution: Identify variances, audit data and processes, document findings, and guide resolution; communicate status clearly.
• Reporting, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain operational reports and SOPs; support standardized workflows; participate in initiatives and share improvements.
