R1 RCM Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Analytics Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive revenue cycle decisions.

You will lead reporting, analytics, automation, and QA to support operational excellence and executive visibility. You will design Power BI reports, manage data from internal and external sources, and translate findings for leadership. The role emphasizes AI-assisted reporting, data modeling, and scalable analytics with SQL, Python, and cloud data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role with complex datasets.
• Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics.
• Expert in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL (must pass proficiency test).
• Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Epic data structures and healthcare data systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with cloud-based data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Report Creation Design and deliver recurring Power BI and ad-hoc Excel reports to stakeholders.
• Acquire and manage data from internal and external sources.
• Ensure timely delivery of insights for business-critical decisions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Translate findings into clear, concise summaries for leadership and operations.
• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
• AI Agent Design for Reporting and integrate AI models to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and maintainable data structures.
• Establish and enforce validation standards for data integrity and report accuracy.
