Job summary

Counterpart Health seeks a Data Analyst to own the clinical data lifecycle, ensuring completeness and reliability across vendors and integrations. You will analyze facility data quality, monitor gaps, and drive improvements in data pipelines that support value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience, with direct exposure to healthcare data interoperability.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort with large, complex datasets (claims, clinical data, interoperability data).
• Experience with HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor high-quality healthcare facilities and data gaps across sources.
• Map and correlate facility data across claims, CCDAs, and ADT messages to uncover patterns of missingness or latency.
• Support TEFCA/QHIN frameworks and evolving interoperability standards.
