Job summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking a data analyst to manage data and develop procedures for effective data management across the organization.

You will collect and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insight for strategic decision-making, and work alongside cross-organizational teams to define new data collection and analysis processes, while contributing to performance reporting and data governance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required plus two years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL required, with experience in data entry and report writing.
• Prior financial or data analysis experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
