Job summary

You will oversee planning, design, build, validation, cutover and post-go-live support, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and quality commitments.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration or similar.
• 2 years’ experience in multi‑dimensional issue resolution.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers delivering data migration engagements.
• Provide oversight to teams designing and implementing data migration solutions.
• Coach and develop team members; manage escalations and risks.
• Drive alignment across engagement leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs within Oracle Health and Federal Consulting.
