Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services - Data Migration for Oracle Health to lead design, configuration, activation, and support of data migration solutions for federal and commercial clients. You will supervise a team of project managers and ensure delivery on schedule and budget.

You will partner with clinical, technical, and customer stakeholders to drive risk management, governance, and post-live stabilization, while coaching staff to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of delivery leadership experience in consulting or data migration.
• 2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• BS or BA in related fields.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Must embrace change and have a proven track record of successful process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers to meet quality standards.
• Provide governance across data migration engagements from planning to post-live support.
• Provide effective leadership for escalations and delivery risks.
• Oversee data migration activities across consulting projects including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, cutover, and post-live stabilization.
• Drive alignment across engagement leaders, project managers, client stakeholders, and internal Oracle Health teams.
• Liaise with and support collaboration across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting teams.
• Lead cross-functional program management initiatives for alignment and execution.
• Coach, develop, and support team members with performance feedback and goals.
