Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Technical Engagement Leader to guide design, configuration, activation, and support of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions for federal agencies. You’ll lead client engagements, manage migrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5-7 years in project management or technical roles, strong communication, and the ability to obtain government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of overall experience in project management or technical role.
• 1 year’s experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• A BS or BA in related fields.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must embrace change and have a proven track record of successful process redesign.
• Ability to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to project teams designing and implementing solutions that meet business, technical, and client requirements.
• Provide effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues.
• Successfully execute data migration and EMPI tasks on consulting projects.
• Liaise with, build relationships with, and support collaboration across teams within Oracle Health.
• Led cross-functional program management initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
