Quantum Health seeks a Data Integrity Analyst II to safeguard data accuracy and reliability across life cycle stages, ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy standards. Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience; advanced degree in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience.
• 5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics field.
• Ability to understand and manipulate data into usable, actionable information with high accuracy.
• Ability to design, train, and deploy machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) into production.
• Expert with SQL or similar relational databases.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools (SAS, R, Python) is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to protecting patient and company data and to ethics and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with internal stakeholders and project managers to elicit and document functional and technical requirements.
• Provide recommendations where requirements aren’t clearly defined.
• Develop data gathering methods and prepare data including SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Design reports, dashboards, and visualizations to enforce data quality rules.
• Audit and validate data; resolve discrepancies to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Extract insights from data to detect patterns and trends.
• Establish KPIs to measure data completeness, validity and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues; clean up inaccurate data.
• Fine-tune AI/ML/LLMs, build RAG systems, prompt engineering and data prep.
• Develop AI assistants, chatbots, and automate data quality tasks.
• Perform unit testing and coordinate UAT for data products.
• Partner with DevOps to deploy data integrity solutions; create docs and training materials.
