Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst II to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across healthcare analytics initiatives. The role develops pipelines, validates data, and grounds AI-driven insights in factual sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with healthcare/analytics emphasis.
• 3+ years advanced healthcare data analytics and statistical modeling.
• 5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics field.
• Strong SQL proficiency with data manipulation skills.
• Experience with SAS, R, Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and validate data pipelines and reports.
• Establish KPIs and enforce data quality across sources.
• Audit data, resolve discrepancies, and ground AI insights in facts.
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI/ML/LLM driven data solutions.
• Create end-user documentation and provide training as needed.
