Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience.
• 5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics.
• Ability to design, train, and deploy ML/LLM models into production.
• Expert with SQL or similar relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Gather and elicit requirements from internal stakeholders and project managers.
• Develop data queries and prepare data using SQL Server or Snowflake.
• Design reports, dashboards and visualizations to enforce data quality.
• Audit and validate data; resolve discrepancies to maintain quality standards.
• Extract insights from data using statistical techniques to detect trends.
• Support deployment of data integrity solutions and create documentation.
