Job summary

Quantum Health is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst II for our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility or remote work across the United States. You will ensure data accuracy, support AI/ML driven insights, and collaborate with clients to deliver secure, reliable data solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, data quality, and building analytical dashboards using SQL Server and Snowflake, with opportunities to influence data governance and healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience (advanced degree in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance or related field preferred)
• 3+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience
• 5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics field
• Strong ability to manipulate data into actionable information with high accuracy
• Experience designing, training and deploying ML models and LLMs into production

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional/technical requirements with internal stakeholders
• Develop data analyses, dashboards and visualizations to enforce data quality rules
• Audit, validate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain high-quality data
• Extract insights from large datasets to detect patterns and trends
• Establish KPIs for data completeness and timeliness
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues
• Fine-tune AI/ML/LLM models and build RAG systems
• Develop AI assistants and automate data quality tasks
• Perform unit testing and coordinate UAT
• Partner with DevOps to deploy data integrity solutions
• Create end-user and technical documentation and training materials
