Infinitus Systems, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to guide the evolution of our analytical ecosystem.

You will transform messy healthcare data into clear, strategic narratives and partner with product pods to enable data-driven decisions. You’ll build scalable reporting, design robust experiments, and uphold governance for data integrity and privacy while mentoring peers to elevate the team’s analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for modeling and statistics.
• Ability to translate open-ended business questions into well-defined analyses.
• Expertise in analytical methodology including statistical validation and experimentation.

Responsabilités

• Guide evolution of the analytical ecosystem to make data accessible and actionable across the company.
• Conduct complex data explorations, modeling, and narrative-building from healthcare data.
• Collaborate with product pods and leaders to solve high-stakes problems and define metric standards.
• Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics governance to ensure data integrity and privacy.
• Mentor and uplift other analysts and stakeholders in data practices.
