Job summary

Wexford Health Sources is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support Reporting & Data Integration at our Greentree, Pittsburgh, PA campus. This role focuses on developing SQL queries, managing data integration, and delivering accurate, actionable reports to improve healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server experience, SSIS, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and IT teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and T-SQL skills.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, Power Query).
• Experience with data integration and data validation.
• Ability to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant education or technical training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Build and support SSIS packages to integrate data across systems.
• Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to define reporting needs.
• Monitor data processes, resolve discrepancies, and improve data quality.
• Maintain documentation and ensure privacy and security standards.
