Job summary

Wexford Health Sources is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support Reporting & Data Integration at our Greentree, Pittsburgh, PA campus. This role focuses on developing SQL queries, managing data integration, and delivering accurate, actionable reports to improve healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server experience, SSIS, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and IT teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, Power Query).
• Experience with data integration and data validation.
• Ability to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.

• Relevant education or technical training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Build and support SSIS packages to integrate data across systems.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

FACILITY: WHS Corporate Office - onsite

LOCATION: Greentree, Pittsburgh, PA

Position Summary

As a Reporting Analyst - Reporting & Data Integration, you'll support healthcare reporting and operational analytics by developing SQL queries, managing data integration processes, and delivering accurate, actionable reports. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting and data analysis
• Building and supporting SSIS packages to integrate data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy and reliability
• Creating advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions to support clinical and operational needs
• Collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate reporting requirements into effective technical solutions
• Monitoring data processes, resolving discrepancies, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
• Maintaining documentation, supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting, and ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards

What You’ll Need

• Experience in systems analysis, reporting, data integration, or a related technical role
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and Power Query
• Understanding of relational databases, data validation, and reporting processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Relevant education, technical training, or an equivalent combination of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Access, Power BI, Cognos, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Familiarity with healthcare data, electronic health records, or correctional healthcare reporting
• Experience with SQL Server Agent jobs and automated reporting workflows
