Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience on technical projects.

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, clarify data readiness, and communicate file format specifications.
• Troubleshoot errors during conversion events and document root causes.
• Build and configure systems per design specifications and validate configurations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours conversions.
• Collaborate across the client lifecycle from implementation to go-live and optimization.
