Job summary

Inovalon seeks an Implementation Engineer to join our healthcare technology team in the United States. The role supports onboarding and integration of new clients onto Inovalon’s platform, with occasional on-call during conversion events outside standard hours.

You will gather requirements, perform data analysis, configure systems, and document findings while growing your expertise in data-driven healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical projects (consulting/analyst/developer/solution engineering).
• Hands-on experience with web services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with data normalization and working with flat file formats.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, clarify data readiness, and communicate file format specifications during implementation and conversion.
• Perform system and data analysis, troubleshoot errors, document root cause findings.
• Build and configure systems per design specs and validate configurations meet requirements.
