Job summary

Arcare is seeking an IT Data Analyst to collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets, developing dashboards and reports to drive improvements in patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare data knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify data needs and insights.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends in healthcare data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security per healthcare regulations.
• Support data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes and resource use.
• Provide training and support on data analysis tools to staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
