Qualifications

• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter participant information, outreach activity, eligibility, and VA affiliation data.
• Record information from approved source documentation.
• Ensure accuracy by comparing entries with source records and following up as needed.
• Maintain tracking tools for issues (missed documentation, incomplete screenings).
• Prepare and validate data summaries and reporting materials for grants.
