Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Architecture Leader to guide enterprise-wide data architecture and modernization efforts. You will define secure Databricks lakehouse architectures, canonical models, and reusable data-product standards.

You will mentor architects and engineers, establish DataOps patterns, and oversee migrations and governance across HR, financial, and ERP data domains. This role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, cloud platforms, or analytics modernization.
• Experience with Databricks lakehouse and Unity Catalog security/governance.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional/relational/canonical data models and data products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as deputy to the Data Workstream Lead and guide day-to-day architecture decisions.
• Define secure Databricks lakehouse, environments, workspaces, and storage patterns.
• Establish data models, domain boundaries, and reusable data-product standards.
• Set DataOps, ingestion, transformation, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Lead migration architecture, source-to-target mapping, and metadata lineage.
• Define architecture standards for security, privacy, and performance.
• Review models, mappings, pipelines for conformance to target architecture.
• Mentor architects and engineers and provide architectural QA.
