Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT with Databricks and modern data engineering tech.
• Experience supporting healthcare analytics, OMOP, research or clinical data environments.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data solutions using Databricks and Azure to support analytics, AI, and research initiatives.
• Designs and maintains scalable data platforms, pipelines, and data models including OMOP-based structures with data quality, security, governance, and accessibility.
• Partners with analytics teams, researchers, clinicians, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, research-ready data assets for informed decision-making.
