Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to support reporting and data analytics for value capture and management of provider digital tools. You will partner with the Provider Digital business team to deliver insights that drive value in digital offerings.

The role involves data analysis, requirement elicitation, and development of predictive models and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in analytics with demonstrated business impact
• Able to translate statistical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data warehouses and large, multi-source datasets
• Elicit and validate reporting requirements via interviews/workshops

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and issue research for reporting needs
• Partner with internal clients to identify data solutions for business problems
• Develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data rereports, and performance metrics
• Contribute to information strategy and information product development
• Structure data analysis to drive actionable insights
• Communicate tradeoffs and analytics solutions to stakeholders
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to support digital tools
